FBC UK colleague conference is a company conference and an amazing opportunity to get together to learn about our vision and mission, spend time with our teams and celebrate the successes of the year.

The 2025 conference will take place on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at The Vox Conference Venue, Resort World, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1PU
Daytime event: Arrive between 9.00 and 10.00, to close 17.00

We strongly encourage delegates to attend in person in order to get the best experience of the event and to ensure that you don’t miss out on anything.
You will be provided with an invite link to the platform where you will be taken to a registration page to fill out. Once registered you can log back in and amend any information.

The nearest train station is Birmingham International which is a short 10-minute walk to the venue and hotels.
There is parking available at The Vox carpark (Carpark South 6), which is just a short walk from the venue.
Delegates can get discounted parking by validating their ticket at the Vox reception on the day. The car park is secure, well lit, and includes electric car charging points in selected bays.
Accommodation is provided for all attendees on Wednesday 1st October 2025. If you do not wish to stay over, please let us know when registering.
Before the event you will be emailed your individual barcode, which will be scanned on arrival at the venue. Refreshments will be served in the foyer, before the conference starts.
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. If you have specific needs, please let us know.
We will have a dedicated luggage room for any luggage on the day to be stored. This will be manned throughout the day if you wish to access any of your luggage. There is also a manned cloakroom at the venue.
